Composer-pianist. Graduated from Dept. of Composition of Toho Gakuen School of Music. Studied composition with Akira Miyoshi.
Winner of the first prize of the 10th memorial composition competition held in Music Today '82, Muramatsu Award in 1988, and 28th Kenzo Nakajima Music Award for "Composer Profile 2009" sponsored by Suntory Foundation for the Arts. He also won many awards for advertising music.
CD "The Genesis of Silence" was released from fontec.
Director of Japan Society for Contemporary Music, lecturer of Ochanomizu University.

Undecuple Duo

This multi-movement piece goes alternately Duo part by eleven possible pairs of six instruments and Tutti part. Still covering all the possible duo patterns is not intended.

This is JFC ceremonious year, so I set the theme ofFuture of Various Communicationson formation of the instruments. You will enjoy both Homogeneity and Heterogeneity of those two instruments from various difference angles.
